1. Introduction These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the online products / courses / guides offered by Natalie Raab via the Thinkific platform. By creating an account and enrolling in the course or guide, you agree to comply with these terms.

Please read them carefully before using the course or guide.

2. Who Can Use This Course
    To create an account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental permission if younger)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Agree to use the course only for personal, non-commercial learning

3. Account Responsibility
    You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login information confidential
• All activity under your account
• Informing us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use

Accounts are personal and may not be shared with others.

4. Payment & Access
    Access to the course is granted after full payment is received. You are entitled to use all included materials as described on the course page.

5. Refund Policy
    We offer a 3-day refund policy from the date of purchase (not for online products under 25 €). To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] within 3 days of your purchase, including a brief explanation of why you would like to return the course.

Refunds will not be granted:

• After the 3-day period has passed
• If a substantial portion of the course has already been completed or downloaded
• Without a written request via email

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

6. Use of Course Materials
    All course or guide content (videos, documents, audio, etc.) is protected by copyright. You may:

• View and download the materials for your own individual use only

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share any content publicly
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Share, copy, forward, or distribute any course material — whether in original or modified form — with any other person, whether online or offline

Important: The course and all included materials are licensed for use only by the individual who has enrolled in the course. Sharing access credentials or downloaded content with others is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

7. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the content, or behave in a way that disrupts the course or platform.

In the event of a violation, including unauthorized sharing or distribution of materials:

• Your access may be permanently revoked without notice or refund
• You may be banned from enrolling in future offerings
• Legal steps may be taken to enforce copyright or contractual rights

8. Privacy
    Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you agree to this use.
9. Modifications
    We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the course means you accept the revised terms.
